By approving this quote or authorizing work, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. Scope of Work

Suds Power Washing will perform only the services specifically listed in the approved quote or invoice. Additional areas, treatments, stain removal, repairs, or services are not included unless added in writing and may require an additional charge.

2. Cleaning Results

Suds Power Washing will use professional cleaning methods and reasonable care to improve the appearance of the property. Complete removal of all stains or discoloration is not guaranteed. Permanent staining, oxidation, fading, artillery fungus, rust, efflorescence, hard-water deposits, paint, organic growth beneath damaged coatings, and other deeply embedded or pre-existing conditions may remain after cleaning.

3. Pre-Existing Damage and Delicate Surfaces

Suds Power Washing is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing deterioration, loose or defective materials, improper installation, age, rot, corrosion, oxidation, failing paint or stain, cracked seals, damaged mortar, brittle siding, loose shingles, damaged screens, leaking windows, or other conditions that existed before service.

Cleaning may reveal damage, fading, discoloration, or inconsistencies that were previously hidden by dirt or organic buildup.

4. Water Intrusion

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all windows, doors, vents, and other exterior openings are securely closed and properly sealed before service. Suds Power Washing is not responsible for water intrusion caused by defective seals, damaged weatherstripping, open windows, improper construction, or pre-existing leaks.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Before service, the customer agrees to:

Provide access to the areas included in the quote.
Provide access to a functioning exterior water supply unless otherwise arranged.
Close and secure all windows and doors.
Remove or secure fragile, valuable, or water-sensitive items.
Keep people, children, and pets away from the work area.
Notify Suds Power Washing of known leaks, damaged surfaces, electrical concerns, security systems, or other unusual property conditions.
Clearly identify any items or areas that should not be cleaned.

Suds Power Washing is not responsible for unsecured, hidden, or undisclosed items or conditions.

6. Electrical and Exterior Fixtures

Reasonable precautions will be taken around outlets, lights, cameras, doorbells, and other exterior fixtures. The customer is responsible for ensuring that exterior electrical components are properly installed, weatherproofed, and in good condition. Suds Power Washing is not responsible for failure or damage resulting from defective, improperly sealed, or non-weatherproof electrical components.

7. Landscaping

Reasonable precautions will be taken to protect surrounding plants and landscaping, including pre-wetting and rinsing when appropriate. The customer must notify Suds Power Washing of delicate, newly planted, unhealthy, or unusually sensitive vegetation before service. SUDS Power Washing is not responsible for plant damage caused by existing poor health, extreme weather, inadequate drainage, undisclosed sensitivity, or conditions outside our reasonable control.

8. Window Cleaning

Window cleaning includes only the glass and related items specifically listed in the quote. Unless otherwise stated, the service does not include removal of paint, silicone, adhesive, construction debris, mineral deposits, hard-water staining, damaged tint, scratched glass, oxidation, or restoration of defective glass.

Suds Power Washing is not responsible for pre-existing scratches, failed seals, fogging between panes, loose grids, brittle screens, damaged frames, or leaks caused by defective windows.

9. Gutter Cleaning

Gutter cleaning includes removal of accessible loose debris from the areas listed in the quote. Unless specifically included, the service does not include gutter repair, underground drain cleaning, removal of gutter guards, downspout disassembly, gutter brightening, or removal of oxidation and “tiger striping.”

Suds Power Washing is not responsible for leaks, overflow, improper pitch, loose gutters, damaged fasteners, clogged underground drainage, or other existing drainage or installation problems.

10. Roof Cleaning

Roof cleaning is intended to treat organic growth using low-pressure methods. Immediate color consistency is not guaranteed, and some remaining growth or discoloration may continue to weather away after treatment.

Suds Power Washing is not responsible for leaks, loose or missing shingles, brittle roofing materials, failed flashing, improper installation, pre-existing roof damage, or conditions that become visible during or after cleaning. Roof cleaning is not a roof inspection, repair, or guarantee against future growth.

11. Pressure Washing and Surface Cleaning

Concrete, pavers, masonry, wood, composite decking, and other surfaces may contain pre-existing cracks, deterioration, loose coatings, joint sand loss, stains, discoloration, or repairs. Cleaning may make these conditions more noticeable.

Unless specifically listed, the service does not include removal of oil, grease, rust, paint, tire marks, efflorescence, deeply embedded stains, weeds, or failed coatings. Suds Power Washing is not responsible for damage resulting from defective surfaces, loose materials, poor installation, or previous deterioration.

12. Responsibility for Damage

SUDS Power Washing will take reasonable care while performing the approved work and will be responsible for direct property damage proven to have resulted from our negligence.

Suds Power Washing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, hidden defects, defective materials, improper installation, customer negligence, undisclosed conditions, or indirect and consequential losses. Any concern must be reported as soon as reasonably possible after the service so that it can be inspected and addressed.

13. Weather and Scheduling

Work may be postponed or rescheduled due to rain, wind, temperature, equipment issues, unsafe conditions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

14. Approval

Approval of the quote, electronic acceptance, written authorization, or permission to begin work confirms that the customer has reviewed and accepted the listed scope of work and these service terms.
